1. Biblical authority and power

We value the Bible as God’s Word and recognize it as the final authority for our lives and ministry.

  1. Christ centered praise and worship 

We value praising God as a church in ways that exalt Christ, are spiritually    meaningful, and culturally relevant.

  1. People matter to God and to us

            We value every man, woman, and child because they are loved by God.

            Luke 15

 

  1. Discipleship

The goal of our ministry is to transform people into fully devoted followers of Christ

Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me, Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20

 

  1. A culture of prayer

We value individual prayer and corporate prayer as expressions of our dependence on God for power and  guidance.

  1. Ministry and Evangelism

Ministry and evangelism must be carried out in a relevant way. Our methods must be innovative and  relevant.

“…I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some.” 1 Corinthians 9:22b

 

  1. Reaching the Lost

Our church must have an evangelistic impact in our world. We are committed to world missions.

“So the word of God spread. The number of disciples in Jerusalem increased rapidly, and a large number of priest become obedient to the faith,” Acts 6:7

 

  1. Sacrificial stewardship

We value the role of every Christian as a steward of God’s time and resources, and strive to give sacrificially.

            1 Corinthians 4:7b; 6:19-20; 12:7; 2 Corinthians 9:6-11; 1 Peter 4:10

 

  1. Everything done in excellence

            Everything we do for Christ must be done with excellence.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward.” Colossians 3:23-24

 

  1. Leadership development

We value identifying, inspiring, and equipping those God has called to leadership in the church.
